Ingredients
- 1 lb wheat pizza dough
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts
- 0.5 cup kalamata olives
- 0.75 cup feta cheese
- 1 cup spinach
- 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes
- 0.25 cup onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.25 cup basil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- 2Roll out whole wheat pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 3In a small bowl, mix sliced garlic with olive oil and brush over the top of the dough.
- 4Evenly distribute spinach leaves over the dough, followed by artichoke hearts, sliced red onions, cherry tomatoes, and Kalamata olives.
- 5Crumble feta cheese over the top of the veggies.
- 6Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- 7Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- 8Drizzle balsamic glaze over the pizza.
- 9Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
- 10Cut into slices and serve immediately.
