Ingredients

  • 1 whole avocado
  • 2 whole tomatoes
  • 1 handful basil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup spinach

Instructions

  1. 1Prepare all the ingredients: wash the tomatoes and spinach, peel and pit the avocado.
  2. 2In a blender, combine the avocado, tomatoes, fresh basil, and lemon juice.
  3. 3Add filtered water and ice cubes to the blender.
  4. 4Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  5. 5Add hemp seeds and chia seeds to the blender.
  6. 6Add spinach to the blender.
  7. 7Blend again until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the smoothie reaches your desired consistency.
