Ingredients

  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, thyme, rosemary, basil, and oregano.
  3. 3Season the mixture with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. 4Transfer the cheese mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. 5Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are slightly crispy.
  6. 6Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
