- 1 pound shrimp
- 4 pieces arbol chiles
- 2 tablespoons chipotle chiles in adobo
- 2 cups mexican rice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 0.25 cup cilantro
