Chicken Cacciatore

Chicken Cacciatore

This Chicken Cacciatore is a lighter version of the traditional dish, emphasizing lean protein from chicken, bolstered by a bounty of Mediterranean vegetables like bell peppers, tomatoes, and onions. Slow-cooked to perfection in a rich wine sauce, this dish marries heart-healthy ingredients with robust, authentic flavors.
