- 0.5 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon peppers
- 1 eggs
- 0.25 cup coconut milk
- avocado oil spray, or a light brushing of avocado oil
Instructions
- 1Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels.
- 2In a shallow dish, combine the coconut flour, chili powder, and salt.
- 3In another shallow dish, whisk together the egg and unsweetened coconut milk.
- 4Dip each fish fillet in the egg mixture, then dredge in the coconut flour mixture, pressing to coat.
- 5Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- 6Lightly spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil spray or brush with avocado oil.
- 7Arrange the coated fish fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
