Ingredients
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 2 whole peaches
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 0.25 cup almonds
- 10 leaves mint
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- 1Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- 2Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
- 3Brush the cut sides of the peaches with olive oil.
- 4Place the peaches on the grill, cut side down, and grill for 4-5 minutes until charred and slightly softened.
- 5In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with lemon juice.
- 6Place the grilled peaches on plates and dollop with the Greek yogurt mixture.
- 7Drizzle honey over the top of the yoghurt and peaches.
- 8Sprinkle with chopped almonds.
- 9Garnish with mint leaves.
