Ingredients

  • 4 pieces pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard. Simmer over low heat until the mixture is reduced by half, about 15 minutes.
  2. 2Crush the garlic and finely chop the rosemary. Mix with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3Rub the garlic-rosemary mixture onto both sides of the pork chops.
  4. 4Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. 5Place pork chops on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
  6. 6Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes after grilling to allow the juices to redistribute.
  7. 7Drizzle the balsamic reduction over the grilled pork chops before serving.
  8. 8Garnish with additional fresh rosemary if desired.
  9. 9Serve hot, accompanied by a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh Mediterranean salad for a complete meal.
