  • 8 oz halloumi cheese
  • 4 cups lettuce
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • 0.25 cup mint
  • 0.25 cup red onion
  • 2 tbsp lime
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt

Instructions
