Ingredients

  • 150 g cod
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • to taste salt
  • to taste peppers

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3Place cod fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. 4Spread the herb mixture evenly over the cod.
  5. 5Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. 6Serve immediately.
