Herb-Crusted Baked Cod

- 150 g cod
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp thyme
- to taste salt
- to taste peppers
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- 3Place cod fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 4Spread the herb mixture evenly over the cod.
- 5Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- 6Serve immediately.
