  • 0.5 cup red lentils
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
