  • 4 cups arugula
  • 1 medium apple
  • 0.5 medium cucumber
  • 0.25 small onion
  • 0.5 medium bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons mint
  • 2 tablespoons parsley

Instructions
