  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 medium onion
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup parsley

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into even chunks.
  3. 3In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato chunks with olive oil, minced garlic, finely chopped onions, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, sea salt, and paprika until evenly coated.
  4. 4Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. 5Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through.
