Ingredients

  • 16 each cherry tomatoes
  • 16 each mozzarella balls
  • 16 each basil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. 1Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves gently under cold water. Pat dry with a clean towel.
  2. 2On a small skewer, start with a cherry tomato, followed by a basil leaf folded in half, and then a mini mozzarella ball. Repeat until the skewer is filled.
  3. 3Arrange the prepared skewers on a serving plate.

  5. 5Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic mixture over the skewers just before serving.
