- 100 g spinach
- 2 tbsp dill
- 2 stalks spring onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 0.25 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly oil a baking sheet.

- 6Fold the phyllo dough over the filling to form a triangle, continuing to fold in a triangle shape until the strip is fully used.

- 8Bake in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
- 9Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly on a wire rack.
