Ingredients
- 1 lb turkey
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 cup snow peas
- 0.5 cup bamboo shoots
- 0.5 cup water chestnuts
- 0.5 cup baby corn
- 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 0.25 cup tamari
- 1 tsp dark sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp arrowroot powder
- 0.5 tsp sea salt
- 0.25 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- 1In a small bowl, whisk together tamari, mirin, rice vinegar, honey, dark sesame oil, arrowroot powder, sea salt, and white pepper. Set aside.
- 2Heat Canola Oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove turkey from the pan and set aside.
- 3Add grated Fresh Ginger, Ginger paste, and minced Lemongrass to the hot pan. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add sliced Yellow bell pepper, Green bell pepper, Snow peas, Bamboo shoots, Water chestnuts, and Baby corn. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- 4Return the cooked turkey to the pan with the vegetables. Pour in the prepared sauce, stirring constantly until it thickens and coats all ingredients. Stir in Fresh bean sprouts and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- 5Serve immediately, garnished with Sesame seeds.
