  • 3 Avocados
  • 1 large bunch cilantro
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lime peel
  • 0.25 cup white onion
  • 1 tbsp garlic-infused oil
  • 2 Chipotle Chilies in Adobo
  • 1 tbsp Adobo Sauce
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp agave nectar

Instructions

  1. 1Combine the ripe avocados, fresh cilantro (stems removed), fresh lemon juice, grated Lime Peel, chopped white onion, Garlic-Infused Oil, deseeded chipotle chilies, adobo sauce, ground cumin, kosher salt, black pepper, grated Fresh Ginger, and Agave Nectar in a food processor.
  2. 2Process the mixture until a smooth, creamy paste forms, scraping down the sides of the food processor bowl as needed.
  3. 3Gradually add the extra virgin olive oil and water, a tablespoon at a time, continuing to process until the desired spreadable consistency is achieved.
  4. 4Taste the paste and adjust seasoning with additional kosher salt, black pepper, or fresh lemon juice as desired.
