Ingredients

  • 400 grams fish
  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 4 stalks green onions
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil

Instructions

  1. 1Prepare all ingredients: Clean and slice the fish into bite-sized pieces, finely chop the green onions, and ensure the brown rice is cooked and warm.
  2. 2Heat the sunflower oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3Gently add the fish pieces to the pan and cook until they are evenly browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. 4Once the fish is cooked, remove it from the pan and set aside.
  5. 5In a large bowl, mix the cooked brown rice with half of the chopped green onions.
  6. 6Arrange the cooked fish on top of the rice.
  7. 7Drizzle the low sodium soy sauce over the fish and rice.
  8. 8Garnish the bowl with the remaining green onions.
